The questions US retailers ask us most before a first order.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most rings, pendants and earrings start at a MOQ of 2 pieces per style. Bracelets and studs are 3 pieces, and loose stones are 5 pieces per lot. You can mix styles within the same order to reach our $300 free-shipping tier.
How does your tiered wholesale pricing work?
Listed prices are per piece. 1-4 pcs uses the first price, 5-19 pcs drops to the second, and 20+ pcs gets the third price. The more you buy of one SKU, the lower your unit cost. Mixed orders use the first tier unless a SKU hits 5+ units.
What materials do you use?
Our standard line is 925 sterling silver with 18K gold vermeil (thick gold over silver) or rhodium plating. Centers are D-color VVS1 moissanite with a GRA card, or CZ on our budget promise pieces. No brass or alloy body.
Are the moissanite stones GRA certified?
Yes. Every moissanite piece ships with its own GRA certificate card. CZ and enamel fashion pieces do not carry GRA; this is marked on each product page.
How do I pay?
We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal (goods & services), and for repeat US customers we can open a 30% deposit / 70% before shipment term. Prices are in USD.
How long is production and shipping?
In-stock styles ship in 3-7 business days. Custom or plated-color orders take 15-25 days. We ship DHL, FedEx or YunExpress to the US; typical door-to-door is 5-9 days after dispatch.
Do you ship to the United States and handle customs?
Yes, most of our customers are US retailers. We ship DDP-friendly and can split invoices for customs. You are responsible for any duty, but we mark packages as commercial samples at your request.
Can I order samples before a bulk purchase?
Yes. We encourage samples at the first-tier price. Many buyers order 1-2 pieces to check stone color and plating before committing to a 20+ lot.
What is your return and replacement policy?
Defective items are replaced or credited within 14 days of delivery. We QC every piece in-house before packing. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on wholesale orders, but we will work with you on sizing and plating issues.
Do you offer custom branding or private label?
Yes. Aftermarket private labeling, custom packaging boxes, and laser engraving your logo are available on orders of 50+ pieces. Send us your logo files and target quantity.
Can you make custom designs or sizes?
We have our own casting and setting workshop, so we can adjust ring sizes, change stone shapes, and produce near-custom pieces. Send a sketch or reference photo for a quote.
How do I get a full wholesale price list?
Prices on the site already show all three tiers. For deeper tier pricing above 100 pieces, or for a priced Excel list, use the Get a Quote form with your company details.
